Instant deliveries may not always guarantee the same level of freshness, as the vegetables might have been sitting in storage or transportation for longer periods.
Reduced Food Waste: By delivering vegetables twice a week, we help you purchase only what you need for a few days, reducing the chances of vegetables going bad or being wasted. Instant deliveries might involve minimum quantity requirements, which can lead to more food waste if not consumed promptly.

We base our vegetable quantity recommendations on guidelines from reputable organizations like the World Health Organization (WHO) for per person vegetable consumption. By considering your family size and following WHO recommendations, we calculate the optimal amount of vegetables to ensure you receive a balanced and adequate quantity that meets your nutritional needs. Our aim is to provide you with the right amount of vegetables for a healthy and well-rounded diet.

Absolutely! With Simple Roots, you have full control over the contents of your vegetable box. On the My Box page, you can select the specific vegetables you want and adjust the quantity according to your needs. Whether you prefer more or less of a particular vegetable, you have the freedom to make those adjustments. Our goal is to provide you with a personalized experience that meets your specific requirements, ensuring you have the right amount of vegetables for a healthy and enjoyable dining experience.

Not at all! We understand that life can get busy with events like weddings, functions, and travel. With Simple Roots, you have the flexibility to notify us if you don't want vegetables on a particular day. We'll make sure to accommodate your schedule and adjust the delivery accordingly. Your convenience is our priority!

To reduce the hassle of frequent payments, we have implemented a convenient wallet system. When you sign up with Simple Roots, you can easily add funds to your wallet using various payment options such as credit/debit cards, net banking, or UPI. The wallet balance can then be used to make seamless payments for your vegetable subscriptions. This allows for a smooth and hassle-free payment process, ensuring your experience with Simple Roots is as convenient as possible.

There is no minimum subscription period and you can cancel anytime. We will refund any amount left in the wallet, excluding any of the offers

No. At Simple Roots, we prioritize the freshness and quality of our vegetables. While we work with local farmers who follow sustainable practices, we do not label our produce as organic. However, we ensure that our vegetables are grown using responsible farming methods and are free from harmful chemicals.
14. Are the vegetables organic?
We are committed to promoting eco-friendly practices and minimizing packaging waste. As part of our efforts we use no packaging for individual vegetables and , we encourage the reuse of packaging materials. To help us in our mission, we kindly request you to return any packaging material we have sent along with your vegetable box. You can simply hand it back to our delivery personnel, and we will ensure its proper reuse or recycling. Together, we can contribute to a greener and more sustainable environment.
